Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Family Over Fame. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

Returns:

• Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Final sale items, such as discounted or custom products, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Exchanges:

• Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product if this is the case.

• We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and processing your exchange.

How to Return or Exchange:

2. Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.

3. Please ensure the returned item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
